On March 9th, First Racquet hosted the Austin Spring UTR Open, and it was a fantastic event! Our First Racquet Austin directors did an outstanding job organizing and running the tournament, ensuring a smooth and competitive experience for all players.
With 44 players participating, we were just shy of a full draw, and most matches were played as full-set matches, giving players valuable match play and experience. Thanks to the team’s hard work and dedication, the tournament ran seamlessly, and we successfully completed all matches on schedule.
The response from players and parents has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’ve already been asked to host more tournaments in the future! Congratulations to the First Racquet Austin team for their efforts in making this event a success.
