Over the weekend, on Saturday, April 27th, our team had the incredible opportunity to participate in and volunteer at the 2024 Yonex Cup, an annual charity tournament organized by one of our long-time partners, Sylvia Le from AD IN, as an ambassador for Yonex.
The tournament was an exceptionally memorable experience, and we are thrilled to share that First Racquet was selected as the recipient of all proceeds from the event, including funds raised through registration and donations from community members and small business alike. With over 100 participants from all across the Greater Houston Area, the tournament was not just about tennis; it was about a community coming together and using sports as a platform for positive change.
At First Racquet, we are deeply inspired by events and partnerships like these. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Yonex and Sylvia for their belief in our mission and unwavering support which will help us tremendously to continue our efforts, expand our reach, and make a difference in the lives of more children.
