Early this month, we were deeply moved by a generous donation from Vivek, a local tennis enthusiast who discovered our mission through the First Racquet website. Although he doesn’t have children playing tennis and isn’t affiliated with any school or club, Vivek felt inspired by our cause — and decided to take action. He stopped by to drop off a set of gently used rackets and brand-new tennis balls, simply because he loves the game and believes every child should have the chance to play. It’s moments like these — driven purely by passion and kindness — that remind us how powerful a shared love for tennis can be. Thank you, Vivek, for showing us that you don’t need a reason to give.
